I have always had the habit of getting nervous. In tests i always get anxious when the first person gets done. Here are my tips to prevent that from happening.
Stay calm by doing yoga breaths
Close your eyes and imagine getting a good grade before the test
Take breaks ( if its not timed)
Stare at the paper and nothing but the paper
Some professors will let you go in the back of the room or turn around
